Community Special Program
To all those financially constrained:
Gentle Acupuncture understands that this is a moment of economic hardship for many. To express its
sympathy with and gratitude to its surrounding community, Gentle Acupuncture is offering a program for
those that would like to receive medical attention from an acupuncturist but do not have the financial ability
to pay fully for that attention.
For this purpose, we are proud to introduce the Gentle Acupuncture Community Special Program.
FEES
This program offers acupuncture treatments for $30 / treatment.
SCHEDULE and APPOINTMENT
We accept and schedule a few patients per week in the program.
Inquiries into this program may be directed at us by email ( info@GentleAcupuncture.com ) or by
phone (603-320-5271). We prefer that patients send an email to reply to us the following
information, we will reply very soon to conform the patient's registration and will set appointment by
phone. Patients may call us directly if they do not receive a response within 2 days.
(1)patient's name and most accessible phone number, and please mention to join the program.
(2)prefer days and possible times available on those dates within the upcoming 1-2 weeks.
Once patients are enrolled to the program, the schedules or appointments are same as those for
regular patients.
If a patient is suffering acute pain or some other urgent condition and therefore needs immediate
relief, we may be able to arrange for such a patient to be treated in the same day or within next two
days.
For patients who require regular treatments, for example, once a week or once every two weeks, we
will try to set their appointments as regular schedules.
PATIENTS
Patients qualifying for this program confront conditions as follows: (1) the patient or the patient's
spouse is recently unemployed and thereby deprived of his / her primary household income; (2) the
patient subsists on a low household income; (3) other and especially financially constrained
situations. We will put faith in our patients. We will not confirm them through checking any financial
documents of theirs.
Please let us know when your financial conditions get better, then you will be out of the program, and
some other qualified patients may have chances to be enrolled in this program. Thank you for your
cooperation.
Community Special Program FAQ
Q: Is this program the same as Community Acupuncture? That is, are patients enrolled in this
program accommodated in treatment rooms housing other patients at the same time?
A: No. All accommodations adhere to the policies in Our Private Session Acupuncture Treatment. Each
treatment room houses one patient during his / her session, except they want to share a room with a family
member or friend. This program and Community Acupuncture both
share the values to focus on our community patients needs and patients financial conditions.
Q: Do I have the chance to be scheduled on Saturdays or at lunch times?
A: The possible schedule dates and times are same as those for regular patients. We will set
Saturdays appointments for you when they are available and if you should prefer them. Usually, we
do not arrange appointments between 12pm and 1:45pm.
Q: Do I qualify for Free Training in Basic Tai Chi if I am enrolled in the Program?
A: Certainly!
We wish to devote ourselves to your recovery—physically, financially, and dimensions many more.
